Gymnasts will be introduced to basic skill development in all six men’s Olympic events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars and High Bar.
These programs will also focus on strength training and flexibility
to develop a future athlete on our boys’ competitive team.
Individual aptitude, desire, maturity, commitment and behavior are all elements to being invited into the team development program, as well as progressing and remaining in the program.
All programs are offered by invitation only.
However, interested families may request a skills assessment for your gymnast to be considered for any of the programs.
PreTeam (Advanced) Skills Development
A program for boys ages 6+ who have aptitude beyond the Intermediate recreational gymnastics program
or who have an interest in preparing for a competitive environment.
Two 90 minute classes per week
PreTeam - Junior Olympic
A program for the 6+ year old gymnast advanced beyond Advanced classes.
For the gymnast who has surpassed the offerings of the PreTeam Skills Development program and has an increased aptitude, attitude, motivation and dedication
for success in a more challenging competitive development program.
Focuses on preparing boys for entry levels of the USAG Junior Olympic competitive program.
New training schedule to be determined after competitive season closes.
