Beginners to Advanced instruction is available for girls & boys!

3Ninja Zone
NinjaZone combines obstacle training, gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement with the freedom for kids to progress and learn at their own pace.
We offer Ninja Night events and classes for kids ages 3 to 13 years old!
Open Enrollment allows you to join year-round classes at ANY time.

Flex Gymnastics is locally owned and has been in business for over 45 years. We offer recreational, team preparation, girls and boys USA Gymnastics Development Programs, Xcel competitive teams, as well as Ninja Zone™ for girls and boys ages 12 months and up!
We maintain a low coach to gymnast ratio so students can achieve their very best.
We offer programs for all ages and skill levels providing a love for gymnastics through our recreational programs and the challenge of gymnastics through our competitive teams.
