Flex Gymnastics is the place for indoor fun and the opportunity to cultivate a love for sport and healthy living! We offer gymnastics classes for the first-time tot through to the fully committed competitive gymnast! Our air-conditioned facility offers boys and girls an opportunity to explore all gymnastics activities including: Vault, Uneven Bars, Balance Beams, Floor Exercise, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Still Rings, Pommel Horse, & TumblTrak!

We also offer franchise curriculum from the fabulous NinjaZone program for a high cardio, obstacle course, ninja-themed experience in gymnastics skills and parkour-style movement for ages 15 months to 13 years!

Our new license with Sweet Peas Gymnastics will allow us to bring a new developmentally focused gymnastics curriculum program to Arizona. Sweet Peas curriculum will offer an education gymnastics program designed to promote physical, social and cognitive development in children 6 months to 6 years old!
